Ans: i) Add germinating seed ( sprout )
ii) Milk and milk-product. ( curd, paneer, etc )

18. What is food adulteration? Give example.
Ans: Low, impure substances mixed with food is called food adulteration. Adulterated food always harms our health.
Example - water in milk, dry papaya seed in black pepper.
19. How many types of diseases?
Ans: Two types of disease -
i) communicable disease ( caused by viruses and bacteria )
ii) non-communicable disease ( deficiency disease )
20. What is a deficiency disease?
Ans: A disease caused by less amount of nutrients in the diet is called deficiency disease.
